My qualifications are listed below. I undertook 5-years of rigorous training accredited by UKCP (U.K. Council for Psychotherapy) at the Metanoia Institute in London.

  • Middlesex University - MSc in Humanistic Psychotherapy 

  • Metanoia Institute - Level 7 Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapy 

  • Metanoia Institute - Level 6 Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling

  • NAOS/LDPRT - Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Sexology 

  • TQUK - Counselling & CBT Level 4 Diploma

  • TQUK - Counselling Level 3 Diploma

  • UKCMM - Certificate in Mindfulness Teacher Training 

  • NCFE/NCH - Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma

  • APPT - Diploma in Professional Hypnotherapy & Hypnosis

  • CCETSW - Preliminary Certificate in Social Care

I have worked in private practice and mental health services, including a specialist service for the LGBTQ+ community. In addition, I have worked with patients in the ward of a local acute mental health hospital within the NHS. I have undertaken comprehensive training in mindfulness teaching, approved by the British Psychological Society. I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy), the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and the NCPS (The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society) and abide by their ethical frameworks and guidelines.
